Job Description

A Front Office Executive is the primary contact for a company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing visitor flow, handling communications (calls, emails, mail), scheduling, and providing crucial administrative support like managing supplies and records to ensure smooth daily operations. Key duties involve greeting guests, directing inquiries, answering phones, organizing files, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the reception area's neatness.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Greet, welcome, and assist visitors and clients professionally; provide basic information and direct them to the right person/department.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; manage emails, messages, and sort/distribute mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events; perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintain organized records.

Office Management:

Monitor and order front office supplies; maintain the tidiness and presentability of the reception area.

Security & Operations:

Control access via the reception desk and follow safety procedures.

Coordination:

Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and handle tasks like coordinating packages.
Essential Skills:

Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with office software and equipment. Professional demeanor and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ?8,786.39 - ?21,515.32 per month
