Job Description

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient administrative support for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access Provide information to visitors and respond to queries

Requirements:



Any Graduation Previous experience as a receptionist or in front office administration preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and attitude Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills
Location - Kochi

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
