We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented individual to join our luxury 5-star hotel as a Front Office Receptionist. No prior experience is required -- full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely and efficiently.
Assist with room reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle payments and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is always clean, tidy, and professional.
Requirements
No previous experience required - training will be provided.
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/college education is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a warm, approachable personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
