Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using

Treebo PMS / HotSoft

Manage guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally Maintain front desk records, payments, and daily reports Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest satisfaction Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue Handle OTA and walk-in bookings efficiently Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand service guidelines

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Receptionist role in a hotel Familiarity with hotel software systems (HotSoft / Treebo PMS preferred) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred) Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in shifts Basic computer and billing knowledge Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills
