Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Receptionist to join our team at Lymax Learning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Candidates with experience or interest in video presentation are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities



1. Welcome walk-in clients, students, visitors, with courtesy and professionalism.

2. Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently.

3. Manage daily front desk operations and documentation.

4. Address and resolve basic customer queries or route them to the appropriate department.

5.

Assist in preparing and presenting short promotional or informative videos for the organisation.

6. Coordinate appointment scheduling for design consultants and sales teams.

7. Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant departments.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident in front of the camera for video presentations*

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
