Responsible for managing and processing customer bills.
To ensure accurate billing of orders.
To handle cash/card/UPI payments, and maintain daily financial records.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
To address billing-related customer queries politely and effectively.
To answer phone calls and address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Building rapport with guests and resolving guest complaints effectively.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the manager immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized billing counter area.
