Job Description

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. They are responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth daily operations. A professional appearance, friendly attitude, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Excellent communication in english & interpersonal skills
1-2 years of experience in similar field
Having a formal and presentable attitude
Maintain accurate records of assessments, appointments, and client updates in the system.
Basic understanding of fitness and personal health concepts
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Handle confidential health information with discretion and compliance.
Basic knowledge about microsoft office(MS office and MS excel )
Comfortable using CRM or scheduling software

Shift Timing:



Rotational shifts:

Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Evening: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Shift rotation will be on alternate days or weekly basis as scheduled

Requirements:



Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Pleasant appearance and professional conduct
