Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor Answer incoming calls, route calls to appropriate departments, and take messages Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping Monitor office supplies and coordinate with procurement for replenishment Support HR, Admin, or other departments as needed

Requirements



Bachelor degree certification in administration is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
