Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the KIA showroom. This role ensures a warm, professional welcome to all guests, efficient handling of calls and inquiries, and smooth coordination between customers and departments to enhance the overall showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Greet customers and visitors courteously and guide them to the appropriate department or sales executive.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area reflecting the KIA brand image.
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and route them correctly.
Customer Interaction:
Record customer details, inquiries, and appointments accurately in CRM or visitor registers.
Ensure prompt attention and follow-up on customer requirements until addressed by the concerned team.
Provide basic information about KIA products, ongoing offers, and services when required.
Coordination & Support:
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams to ensure seamless communication.
Schedule and confirm test drives, service appointments, and customer meetings.
Maintain and update customer databases and visitor logs daily.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage courier entries, office supplies, and front desk documentation.
Support event arrangements like car deliveries, customer meets, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in preparing daily footfall reports and submitting them to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate (any stream preferred, Hospitality or Communication background a plus)
Experience:
1-3 years in automobile, hospitality, or customer service sector (KIA or other 4-wheeler brand experience preferred)
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Computer Skills:
MS Office, CRM Software, Email, and basic digital tools
Personality Traits:
Pleasant personality, confident, proactive, disciplined, customer-oriented
Key Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette
Professional grooming and behaviour aligned with KIA's premium brand image
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during high customer traffic
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
