We are seeking a well-spoken, courteous, and customer-oriented
Front Desk Executive
to be the first point of contact for guests at our cafe & restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the cafe/restaurant.
Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
Guide guests to their tables and coordinate with the service team.
Answer phone calls, handle booking inquiries, and provide accurate information about the menu, specials, and services.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.
Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints politely and promptly.
Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and walk-in data as per SOPs.
Coordinate with the cashier, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in billing if needed, and support special event arrangements or group bookings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
12th pass
; degree/diploma in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
1-3 years of experience
in a front office or guest service role (preferably in cafe/restaurant/hospitality).
Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).
Presentable appearance, polite demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with reservation software, POS systems, or front desk operations is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
