Receptionist

with prior experience in

Skin Clinics, Health, or Wellness Industry

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage front-desk operations, including client check-in and check-out. Handle appointment scheduling, client calls, and inquiries. Maintain client records and ensure smooth coordination between clients and staff. Support the clinic team in administrative and operational activities. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented. Promote and inform clients about clinic services and ongoing offers.

Requirements:

Experience:

Must have prior experience in

Skin, Health, or Wellness clinics

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service attitude with a professional appearance. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer handling. Ability to multitask and manage daily front-desk operations effectively.
