We are seeking a polite, professional, and well-presented
Receptionist
to join our team. The candidate will undergo training at our Chandigarh branch (with stay and meals provided during training) and will be placed at our
Karnal branch
after successful completion of training.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain front-desk records
Manage visitor logs, client queries, and coordinate with internal teams
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional environment
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (any stream)
Fresher/experience both can apply
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Presentable, punctual, and well-mannered personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Willing to travel and stay in Chandigarh for training
