Key Responsibilities:

Patient Management:
Maintain a record of visiting patients in both register and Excel.

Appointments Handling:
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
?
Billing & Payments:
Maintain cash and payment records with accuracy.
?
Medicine Handling:
Provide prescribed medicines to patients and maintain stock records.
?
Record Keeping:
Update patient details, appointment logs, and medicine inventory regularly.
?
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist patients with queries in a polite and professional manner.

Should have a professional appearance and a polite approach.

Soft-Spoken & Friendly:
Must ensure a welcoming environment for patients.

Basic Computer Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.

Ability to maintain records efficiently.

Experience in a Similar Role (Preferred):
