The Front Desk Executive / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate should be sincere, well-organised, and customer-service oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
Manage visitor entries, issue visitor passes, and guide guests appropriately.
Administrative Support , Coordination & Assistance
Support in preparing documents
Coordinate with internal departments for any admin-related tasks.
Ensure smooth communication flow across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work sincerely and responsibly.
