Responsible for handling front office operations, client coordination, and administrative support in a real estate environment. Acts as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist property buyers, sellers, and visitors.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Maintain visitor and client records, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client visits and property viewings.
Manage correspondence, courier, and office supplies.
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable at all times.
Skills Required
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office .
Professional, organized, and customer-focused & immediate joiner is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
