Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Sathwa Spa & Wellness, Mangalore
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a client-facing role (Spa/Salon/Hotel preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
Handle appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and client queries
Maintain client records and manage billing/cash handling
Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold Sathwa Spa's commitment to premium service & ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, courteous, and well-groomed
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software)
Fluency in English and local languages preferred
