Greet and assist visitors, students, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries; route them appropriately.
Handle hot enquiries for hostel facilities
-- make outbound calls, provide information, and coordinate with the hostel team for availability and bookings.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
Handle courier dispatch, inward/outward mail, and office supplies.
Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting area.
Coordinate with internal departments for facility and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies for guest access and communication.
