Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a positive company image through excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic front desk systems.
Ability to multitask and handle guest queries with patience and professionalism.
