Job Summary:


The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They are responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, coordinating office operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Timings: 9AM to 7PM

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required. Manage office correspondence and handle incoming/outgoing mail. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other administrative staff. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Assist with administrative tasks and office support as needed. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
