We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and professional
Front Desk Receptionist
to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
Garner positive reviews from customers.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly using the hotel management software.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, bookings, and requests.
Manage reservations and cancellations in the system accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Handle cash, card transactions, and billing with accuracy.
Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain guest records securely and confidentially.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel front office or receptionist role preferred.
Proficiency in hotel reservation software and basic computer skills.
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Presentable appearance and professional behavior.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience Microsoft office with software such as IDS, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel systems.

Pay: ₹10,236.34 - ₹15,000.00 per month
