Greet patients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally.
Register patients and update their personal and medical information in the hospital system.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments in coordination with doctors' availability.
Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
Maintain and organize patient files and documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting area.
Collect consultation fees and issue receipts when required.
Assist in coordinating emergency cases with medical staff.
