Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients warmly and ensure they are attended to promptly.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
Provide basic information about the project to walk-in customers.
Coordinate with sales and admin teams for daily office needs.
Assist in handling documentation, courier, and office communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of front office/reception experience preferred.
Good communication skills in
English, Kannada, and Hindi
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
Pleasant personality, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
