We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Women's
Health Fitness organisation as a Front Desk Executive & Office Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience, effective time management for staff, and streamlined office administration, particularly focused on customer appointments related to women's health and fitness.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone, and answering any inquiries.
Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
Processing billing and payments
Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies.
Booking and organizing staff
Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
Keeping the front desk or office organized and running smoothly
Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
Handling stationary records, its requisition
Handling pantry, its consumable records.
Handling Office boy/Office
Booking and managing customer appointments
Coordinate and manage staff schedule.
Qualifications:
? Experience in customer service and office administration roles
? Good Time management skills with a focus on coordinating staff schedules for maximum efficiency.
? Proficiency in standard office software and scheduling tools.
? Excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
