WE ARE HIRING MALE CANDIDATE ONLY



Welcome & Information:



Greet patients and visitors. Answer questions and provide information. Direct calls and inquiries to appropriate departments.

Appointment Management:



Schedule appointments. Manage patient calendars. Coordinate with doctors.

Administrative Tasks:



Filing, data entry, and document management. Prepare reports and presentations. Maintain clinic cleanliness and order. Collect patient feedback.

Communication:



Manage patient calls (incoming and outgoing). Facilitate communication within the hospital.

Information Desk:



Answer questions about the hospital and its services. Provide directions within the hospital.

Patient Care:



Maintain security protocols for patient access. Coordinate with security personnel.

Departmental Collaboration:



Collaborate with other departments. Relay messages and information.

Handling Inquiries:



Respond to inquiries about the hospital. Provide basic information about services and policies.

Financial Transactions:



Handle cash transactions. Process payments and receipts. Assist with billing (as required).

Problem Resolution:



Address patient issues or complaints. Escalate complex matters.

Hospital Experience will be advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
