Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist for our headquarters in Jaipur. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly developed phone etiquette to handle calls efficiently and professionally.

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming reception experience.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain a meticulous log of visitor entries and exits.
• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely response and dissemination.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it's tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
