Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for a Front Desk Office Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, handling correspondence, supporting administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining office records. The Office Coordinator will also oversee procurement and inventory processes, ensuring the seamless functioning of office activities.

Qualifications



Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping Communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination Proficiency in office software tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues Prior experience in an office administration or coordination role is a plus

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
