The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk area, greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures smooth daily operations and creates a welcoming experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers/visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls when needed.
Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and confirmations.
Handle customer check-in and check-out process.
Maintain visitor records, appointment logs, and databases.
Assist customers with information about services, prices, and offers.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Manage the reception area and keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
Receive and distribute mail, messages, packages, and documents.
Handle billing, payments, invoices, and receipts if required.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate to management when needed.
Support daily administrative tasks and reports.
Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, email, and basic software).
Good time management and multitasking ability.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Problem-solving and customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Education Qualification
Minimum Graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills.
