Job Title: Front Desk Recotionist
Location: Gurugram
Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent Front Desk associate to oversee and ensure the smooth
running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
administrative staff, coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and equipment,
ensuring adherence to company policies, and handling general office management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk associate, Front Office Manager or Administrative
Assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Education and Experience:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- - Experience 0 to 2 years
