We are seeking a warm, professional, and well-organized
Front Desk Receptionist
to serve as the first point of contact at our Ayurveda Hospital. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a calm, compassionate demeanor, reflecting the values of holistic healing and patient-centered care. You will handle front office duties including greeting patients, managing appointments, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and respectful attitude
Guide patients through the check-in process and provide information about treatments and services
Manage appointment scheduling for consultations, therapies, and follow-ups
Handle phone calls and respond to patient queries with clarity and empathy
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with medical privacy laws
Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors, therapists, and other departments for seamless patient flow
Receive and manage payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily billing reports
Maintain cleanliness and serenity of the reception area, in line with Ayurvedic wellness principles
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, postal mail)
Support the administrative team with documentation, data entry, and inventory management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
