Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide accurate information about the company's services and respond to basic inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Handle courier services, and deliveries.
Manage visitor logs, maintain security procedures, and issue visitor passes if required.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, or conference room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Uphold the company's image by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Requirements:
Minimum High School/Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any stream).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
