Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Gurugram. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, and supporting administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative tasks
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Customer Service experience
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
