Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner
Manage meeting room bookings and assist in office administration tasks
Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients
Qualifications:
High School diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude
Experience:
2 to 7 years of relevant front desk or administrative experience preferred
Experience in a corporate or customer-facing role is a plus
