Answering incoming calls from the patients and scheduling appointments.
Welcoming walk - in patients and guiding them.
Preparing OPD slips & IPD files.
Making nessecary data entries in the computer.
Requirements
1 + years of experience of working as a receptionist. Preferably in a Hospital/clinic or nursing home.
Good communication skills. (English & Hindi)
Good organisational Skills
Well versed with MS Office ( Word, powerpoint, Excel)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
