Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Drive gym membership sales through in-person and telephonic follow-ups, walk-ins, and lead conversions Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase retention and referrals Conduct gym tours for prospective members and explain membership options, pricing, and benefits Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local outreach and promotional strategies Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities in CRM tools Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Stay updated on gym services, classes, and promotional offers Represent the gym brand with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for health and fitness Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational abilities Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
