We are looking for a well-groomed, organized, and customer-focused
Front Desk Receptionist
to be the face of our salon. The ideal candidate should manage daily client interactions, appointments, billing, stock entries, and cash flow, while supporting smooth staff operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Front Desk Management
Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant salon experience.
Schedule and manage client appointments using salon software or manually.
Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain client records, service history, and feedback.
Billing & Cash Handling
Generate and process client bills accurately.
Manage daily cash flow, card payments, and digital transactions.
Maintain cash register balance and prepare daily closing reports.
Coordinate with management on discounts, offers, and pending payments.
Stock & Inventory Management
Monitor salon product stock levels (retail and professional use).
Record stock inward/outward and notify management for reorders.
Assist in maintaining product displays and cleanliness at the reception area.
Staff Coordination
Support smooth staff scheduling and service flow.
Communicate client appointments and changes promptly to stylists and therapists.
Help maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among salon staff.
Administrative Support
Maintain daily reports (sales, appointments, stock, expenses).
Coordinate with vendors for product supply and service maintenance.
Support management with administrative and promotional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (preferably in a salon, spa, or beauty clinic).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
Familiar with MS Office or salon management software.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
