We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
Front Desk Receptionist
to manage the front desk operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will greet customers warmly, handle reservations and inquiries, and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and guests in a polite and welcoming manner
Manage table reservations and waiting lists
Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating and service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Handle billing support and basic POS operations if required
Manage feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when needed
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly personality with a customer-first attitude
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good grooming and professional appearance
Basic knowledge of cafe/restaurant operations is a plus
Education
High School / Graduate (any discipline)

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
