Front Desk Receptionist (Female)



Location:

Greater Noida



Experience:

Minimum 1+ year in front office/reception/administration



Qualification:

Graduate or equivalent



Notice Period:

Immediate to 15 days



Gender:

Female only



Key Responsibilities



Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure smooth coordination at reception.

Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor & inquiry records.

Schedule and coordinate appointment and meeting slots

Manage office correspondence (emails, courier, letters, etc.).

Support in maintaining office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.

Ensure the reception and office area remain well-organized and professional.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in front office management with exposure to admin/HR support (minimum 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
