Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our school.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations.
Provide administrative support to school staff when required.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications with parents.
Ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (school experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
