Front Desk Executive
to manage front desk operations and provide effective administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience while coordinating smoothly with internal departments and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, stakeholders, and employees courteously and efficiently.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management.
Manage courier services, office stationery, and document dispatch/receipt.
Assist HR and Administration teams with event coordination and logistical arrangements.
Ensure confidentiality of official documents and sensitive organizational information.
Follow office protocols, security procedures, and compliance requirements.
Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and maintain records using MS Office tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Admin Executive.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and presentable appearance.
Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
