We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence* Greeting all visitors/clients* Transferring calls as necessary and direct enquiries to concerned department/person* Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, furniture, books, t-shirts and other office supplies* Performing administration duties* Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)* Assisting with mail as required* Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis* Scheduling appointment* Perform other tasks as assigned*

Timings:
9:30 to 6:30 Mon-Sat + Festival Holidays off Salary is no bar for right candidate.
