We are hiring a Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties, handle walk-ins, and support tele-sales for membership conversions.
Responsibilities
Greet members/visitors and manage check-ins.
Handle walk-in inquiries, studio tours, and registrations.
Make tele-sales calls, follow up with leads, and convert them into memberships.
Perform data entry and update lead/member details in the CRM.
Manage billing, appointments, and maintain front desk organization.
Requirements
Good communication skills; customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Tele-sales or customer service experience preferred.
