Key responsibilities



Front desk management:

Greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, screen calls, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Administrative support:

Schedule meetings and appointments, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform data entry.

Communication:

Act as the first point of contact for a company, providing information to visitors and callers.

Office operations:

Maintain office stationery, operate office equipment, and potentially handle basic bookkeeping or customer service tasks depending on the company.

Skills and qualifications



Experience:

One year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is beneficial.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Computer skills:

Proficiency in using computers and office software is required.

Organizational skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage various tasks.

Interpersonal skills:

A professional, friendly, and polite demeanor is crucial for interacting with clients and staff.

Languages:

Fluency in local languages like English, Hindi, and Gujarati is often preferred.
