We are seeking a friendly and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our college. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, students, and parents courteously
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain visitor logs and provide basic information about the institution
Manage student inquiries and assist in front office operations
Coordinate with staff for meetings or messages
Handle courier and incoming/outgoing mail
Assist with administrative tasks as required

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email)
