The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. She will handle administrative tasks, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth communication within the organization. A friendly personality, professional appearance, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle inquiries from visitors and customers efficiently.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and maintain security protocols.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and packages.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, printing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for staff attendance and visitor management.
Support office events, meetings, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
