Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to HR/Admin teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping teams for office upkeep.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Support in handling travel bookings or staff arrangements when required.
