We are looking for a well-presented and professional
Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
to be the first point of contact at Amrapali. The role involves managing front office operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and manage the company's general inquiries.
Maintain visitor records, handle courier dispatch and receipt.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure the front office area is neat and presentable.
Support administrative and HR teams with documentation and coordination tasks.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and basic facility-related requirements.
Assist in scheduling appointments and handling travel arrangements for management when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Commerce or Administration).
1-5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist in a corporate environment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
