Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, well-spoken
Receptionist cum Telecaller
to manage our front desk and handle client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls & WhatsApp inquiries, updating CRM records, and supporting counseling staff by ensuring smooth lead flow.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
Greet walk-in visitors, ensure inquiry forms are filled, and escort them to counselors.
Maintain visitor logbook and ensure proper CRM entry for every inquiry.
Handle basic hospitality at reception (water, seating, classroom entry coordination).
Telecalling & WhatsApp
4. Handle 40-60 inbound/outbound calls daily with polite, professional communication.
5. Manage WhatsApp Business chats, reply with templates, and forward qualified leads to counselors.
6. No cold calling/data calling - only connected leads.
CRM & Reporting
7. Log every inquiry (walk-in, call, WhatsApp, demo) into CRM immediately.
8. Assign leads to the correct counselor/department and follow up until demo/registration.
9. Prepare daily & weekly reports on inquiries, demos, follow-ups, and closures.
Administrative Support
10. Assist in stationery logs, courier tracking, and coordination with office boy.
12. Escalate issues (internet, electricity, client complaints) to the manager on time.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% CRM entry compliance for all inquiries.
Daily follow-up closure ? 95%.
Professional handling of ? 40 calls per day.
Accurate daily/weekly reporting.
Requirements
Graduate (any discipline).
1-2 years of receptionist, telecalling, or front-desk experience preferred.
