to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, combining front desk responsibilities with showroom assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Assist walk-in customers with initial queries and guide them within the showroom.
Answer product-related questions and connect customers with the sales team.
Provide basic billing support and coordinate with sales staff for smooth operations.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception and showroom front area.
