Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and agents in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Client Handling:
Provide basic information about available properties, company services, and office protocols.
Schedule appointments for clients with sales agents or property consultants.
Follow up on client queries and escalate to the concerned department as required.
3. Administrative Support:
Maintain and update client databases and lead records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks related to property listings, agreements, and client documentation.
4. Office Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, accounts, etc.) for smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client meetings.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
5. Marketing & Communication Support:
Support marketing team in organizing promotional materials, brochures, and displays at the front desk.
Assist in coordinating open houses, client events, or site visits if needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
1-3 years of experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polished and professional appearance
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
