Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Patient Interaction & Reception



Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors politely and professionally. Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, OPD timings, and procedures. Handle patient queries in person, via phone, or email.

2. Appointment & Registration



Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with doctors/consultants. Register new patients, update existing patient records in the hospital management system. Coordinate admissions and discharges with concerned departments.

3. Billing & Documentation



Generate bills for consultation, diagnostics, and procedures. Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records. Ensure proper documentation of patient records, reports, and consent forms.

4. Coordination & Communication



Liaise with nursing staff, doctors, and support departments for smooth patient flow. Guide patients to diagnostic, pharmacy, or other service areas. Coordinate emergency cases with relevant medical staff.

5. Administration & Compliance



Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting area. Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times. Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
